What is SPAM?

Are you at risk of sending SPAM? SPAM is unsolicited correspondence via electronic media such as email and SMS. It is more common with email marketing and although scanning technologies protect us from receiving SPAM to a degree, you need to ensure that you are not at risk of ‘Spamming’. It is unprofessional and annoying at the very least, but more importantly it is illegal.
